Exchange & Return Policy - Custom Sports Wears

Exchange Policy

To initiate an exchange, Custom Sports Wears must be notified within 48 hours of receiving your order. Exchanges are eligible under the following conditions:

• The product is physically broken

• The wrong size was received

• The wrong color was received

For refunds, the purchase price (excluding delivery charges) will be refunded using the original payment method once the returned item is received and confirmed to meet our conditions. You are responsible for any costs associated with returning the item to us.

If you request a size or product change, the customer will be responsible for delivery charges. Our courier replacement service is available in limited areas of Lahore; in other cities, customers must send items via courier themselves.

Note: Items on sale, packs, clearance, or customized orders are not eligible for returns or exchanges, except in cases of defects.

Return Policy

If you change your mind about a purchase, we offer an 80% refund of the purchase price or an exchange, provided the items are returned within 7 days of purchase with the original receipt or proof of purchase.

Custom Sports Wears will only accept returns if the product is unworn, unwashed, and unused. If the returned product is in inadequate condition, we reserve the right not to accept the return.

We accept returns only if the product is sent back within 7 days of delivery and for valid reasons such as:

• Defective product

• Physically damaged product

• Incomplete order

• Incorrect item received

Faulty Items or Wrong Order Returns

If an item is faulty, wrongly described, or the incorrect size, we will fulfill our legal obligations by refunding the purchase price and delivery charges, or providing a replacement product. This is contingent upon the item being returned within a reasonable time with proof of purchase.
